  Ehhhh.....Hired Mr. Hagans for a traffic citation for speeding in Port St. Lucie. He never has once called me to keep me updated on my case status and I hired him in December. I had to find my own case on the clerk of court website and read my own hearing results from last week because he has failed to call or return an email. He didn't even show up to the hearing and sent a substitute attorney... things happen, but absolutely no communication with a client for 3+ months and a week after the hearing no information presented to the client either? Ultimately, my ticket was reduced and adjudication was withheld so I cannot complain about the actual "legal" aspect... however, customer service and client to attorney relationship gets zero stars for me.
