  Upfront this place seems like a good deal and fairly nice, but the area is high crime. Local islanders from the adjoining neighborhood find their way on to the property daily either through just pushing the car gates open or go through their hole they make in the fence. The pool is overridden in the summer time with these people who just hop the pool fence or break the lock. Then it gets contaminated since they don’t have card access to the bathrooms so every other Monday it seems they have to close the pool to shock it after it fails the the pee test. Multiple break ins, cars stolen, drugs done in the park, the occasional foraging of the trash area by outsiders to name a few of the shenanigans. My own place had an attempted break in but was unsuccessful thank god as my wife was home with the kids. Our neighbors moved in about two weeks ago and already had their car stolen. Management cannot properly address the issues as Greystar doesn’t give them enough funding to right the wrongs with upping security etc. Unless you are single and armed and extremely patient I would look elsewhere. I wish I had this information before we moved in. Good luck!
